Perspectives loves nothing more than a juicy legal fight. And that's what we've got on our hands between Plymouth Tube Co. and Salem Steel North America LLC.
Plymouth, incorporated in Michigan but based in Illinois, alleges that Passaic, N.J.-based Salem provided it with "defective" and "unusable" extruded seamless S304L grade stainless steel pipe sourced from China's Shanghai ShangShang.....
