Moody’s upgrades Shiloh’s credit rating

Moody's Investors Service has upgraded the credit ratings of Valley City, Ohio-based Shiloh Industries Inc. due to improving conditions in the automotive markets.
Moody's raised the automotive steel blank producer's corporate family rating to B2 from B3, and revised its ratings outlook to "stable" from "negative," citing the company's "evidenced improvement in performance stemming from better conditions in the automotive end markets."....
