WSP may ‘revise’ its U.S. strategy after ITC vote on OCTG imports

Wuxi Seamless Oil Pipe Co. Ltd. (WSP) says its threading line in Texas remains on track to be completed in the first quarter of 2010 and shouldn't be impacted by the current trade cases in the United States against imports of Chinese oil country tubular goods (OCTG).
But the China-based steelmaker conceded that its long-term plans may have to be reassessed depending on the outcome of the case.....
