Did ArcelorMittal hit an XL jackpot? TransCanada isn’t saying

Perspectives heard from a little bird (OK, an industry source) that ArcelorMittal may have landed a nice chunk of business with TransCanada Corp. for its Keystone Pipeline.
Given the massive scale of Calgary, Alberta-based TransCanada's pipeline ambitions, we figured that whatever the order was for, it was probably no trifling figure in either dollars or tons.
The Keystone Pipeline, after all, is slated to run 2,148 miles and move crude oil from Hardisty, Alberta, to Wood River and Patoka, Ill., as well as to Cushing, Okla. TransCanada's Keystone XL is expected to travel even further, extending as far south as the coast of the Gulf of Mexico.....
