China's hot-rolled coil export volumes will probably rebound this month after registering a sharp decline in August.
Exports of hot-rolled coil in widths of more than 600 millimeters plunged to 327,653 tonnes in August, down 76 percent from the previous month and more than one-third lower than a year earlier, according to Chinese Customs figures.
"The low season in overseas markets and cautious purchasing as domestic Chinese prices fell in June and July led to a further fall in exports in August," a major exporter in Shanghai said.....
