Shandong, Henan mills told to cut steel output further

Steel mills in China's eastern provinces of Shandong and Henan have been ordered to cut production further to meet national emissions targets.
The move comes barely one month after mills in Hebei province received permission to restart as China embarks on what looks like staggered output cuts to spread the pain.....
