Ex-Ferrostaal chief now heading Solar Trust

Former Ferrostaal executive Uwe T. Schmidt has entered into a new five-year employment agreement to serve as chief executive officer of Solar Trust of America LLC. He also is the company's chairman.
Schmidt most recently was president and chief executive officer of Ferrostaal Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Ferrostaal AG, and was a member of Ferrostaal AG's management board. Previously, he was chairman and chief executive officer of Houston-based Ferrostaal Metals Group Inc. after working in executive management posts in the energy,....
