Two more Massachusetts recyclers target of environment suit

Massachusetts recyclers Minichiello Bros. Inc. and Scrap-It Inc., both owned by Tanya Minichiello, are the target of a lawsuit filed by the Conservation Law Foundation, which claims alleged violations of the federal Clean Water Act.
The lawsuit against the Everett-based companies was filed in U.S. District Court for Massachusetts, with the conservation group claiming the recyclers failed to obtain necessary permitting for stormwater discharges into the Mystic River.....
