Chicago Tube sues customer for $750,000

Chicago Tube & Iron Co. has filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Welding Services Inc., alleging that WSI failed to pay nearly $750,000 for materials, goods and services it provided.
The Romeoville, Ill.-based tubing distributor and processor said in a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois that WSI solicited pricing from the company last November for certain components, including fabricated pressure parts,....
