Steve Levetan, senior vice president of Atlanta used auto parts retailer Pull-A-Part LLC, has been elected chairman of the Sandy Springs Conservancy, an environmental group working to preserve parks and green space in Sandy Springs, Ga. Levetan is a former executive of Dixie Iron & Metal Co., an Atlanta scrap metals processor acquired by Mindis Recycling Inc.
