Metals pricing strengthened in September

September was a good month for mill product and metal scrap pricing, according to the latest Bureau of Labor Statistics' producer price index (PPI) report.
The PPI for steel mill products increased 1.2 percent in September after declining 3.9 percent in August, while the iron and steel scrap price index climbed....
