Upstate Shredding planning to buy Towanda Iron & Metal

Upstate Shredding LLC-Ben Weitsman & Son Inc. plans to acquire the property and assets of Towanda Iron & Metal Inc. in an all-cash transaction.
No additional financial details were made available, but the company said the purchase is scheduled to be finalized Jan. 2.
Towanda Iron & Metal will be renamed Ben Weitsman of Towanda. Brad Aronson, the owner and president of Towanda Iron & Metal, will manage the location, Upstate said, and all current managers and staff will remain to ensure business continuity.....
