Religious discrimination claims vs. CMC dropped

Three former Commercial Metals Co. (CMC) recycling employees who sued the domestic steelmaker and scrap metal recycler alleging religious discrimination have dropped their allegations against the company.
Mark Chazanow, Michael Uhrick and Mark Wayne have agreed to settle all litigation, according to CMC. "Chazanow and Wayne no longer believe that they were the subject of religious discrimination," the company said.....
