Trader’s suit claims supplier shorted copper content

A copper scrap trader in southern Illinois is suing a North Carolina supplier for allegedly failing to deliver the right mix of metal.
Heartland Metal Trading Inc., Edwardsville, Ill., said in a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court for North Carolina in Greensboro that it had placed six orders with Second Pass LLC in Kernersville, N.C.,....
