Arca earnings soar on new contracts

New recycling contracts continue to bode well for Appliance Recycling Centers of America Inc. (Arca), which saw its earnings more than double in the third quarter.
The Minneapolis-based recycler expects its earnings to improve further over the next few quarters due to higher recycling revenues and higher scrap metal selling prices. ....
