Venue shift sought in suit over misplaced $127,000

An Atlanta, Ga., Burger King franchise owner is seeking to move to a federal court its legal battle with OmniSource Corp.'s southern unit over a misplaced delivery of $127,000 destined for one of its scrapyard's ATM machines.
Attorneys for Jan Co. Central Inc., a Cranston, R.I.-based company that operates the fast food restaurant in downtown Atlanta, filed a request this week to move the suit to the U.S. District Court for Northern Georgia.....
