Metal price indices moved mostly higher in October, although iron and steel scrap bucked the trend.
The iron and steel scrap producer price index (PPI) dropped to 514.8 in October, according to the latest data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, down 7.3 percent from the previous month but still 28.2....
