One metallurgical coal preparation plant is set for idling while another has been restarted earlier than expected.
Massey Energy Co., Richmond, Va., has resumed coal processing at the Zigmond processing plant in Logan County, W.Va. The facility, destroyed by a fire in August 2009, was slated....
