Secondary aluminum alloy prices ease slightly

Secondary aluminum alloy prices slid a penny per pound amid uncertainty about primary aluminum prices.
It was unlikely there would be much trading in the next few days, according to ingot maker sources, as they join the scrap industry to wait and see how prices on the London Metal Exchange play out over the balance of this week.
Sellers and buyers of A380.1 alloy reported trades between $1.10 and $1.12 per pound, down 1 cent from Monday's range of $1.11 to $1.13 per pound. The range on 319.1 alloy prices also narrowed by a penny to between $1.14 and $1.16 per pound from $1.14 to $1.17 per pound at the start of this week.....
