West Virginia insurance regulator files lawsuit vs. Maryland recycler

A Potomac, Md.-based recycler is being sued for more than $500,000 for allegedly failing to maintain mandatory workers' compensation while operating in another state.
Remac America Inc. purportedly performed business activities in West Virginia without maintaining the proper insurance, according to a lawsuit filed by the state's Office of the Insurance Commissioner, which regulates the state's insurance industry.....
