An East Coast scrap trader is being sued by a New Jersey supplier who claims the trader failed to pay for three shipments.
Fortune Riverside Auto Parts Inc., Rahway, N.J., is seeking $183,912 in a breach-of-contract suit against Integra Metals LLC, Melville, N.Y. ....
