An Arizona businessman is seeking approval to open a feeder yard in Casa Grande. Ariz., that would service several large scrap companies near Phoenix and Tucson.
Robert Wellington has asked the local planning and zoning commission to approve his site plan and grant him a conditional use permit to open a scrap metal processing, handling and storage facility....
