Crowflight's Trevisol quits top posts, replaced by director

Mark Trevisol has resigned as president and chief executive officer of Canadian junior miner Crowflight Minerals Inc. effective immediately, the company said, adding that current director Kevin Zhu has been named as his replacement.

Zhu has connections with King Place Ltd., a Chinese-owned investment company that bailed out Toronto-based Crowflight through recent private placement financing. Zhu represented King Place on Crowflight's board.

The investment company recently acquired a 60- to 80-percent stake in cash-strapped Crowflight, which is struggling to keep its operations going at the Bucko Lake nickel mine near Manitoba.....
