Alro Steel Corp. has acquired the assets of Anderson Metals Inc.'s three metals service center facilities in York and Huntingdon Valley, Pa.; and Greensboro, N.C.
Anderson distributes cold-finished and alloy bar products, aluminum bar, sheet, tubing and extruded shapes, stainless bar, sheet and plate, pipe and tube, flanges and fittings, tool steels, carbon steel sheet and brass bar.
