Atkore outlook 'stable' despite high debt, S&P says

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services (S&P) assigned a "B+" credit rating with a "stable" outlook to Atkore International's issuance of $410 million in senior secured notes due 2017.
The New York-based ratings firm based Atkore's rating on forecasts of a "modest" improvement in the metal fabricator's operating performance thanks to a "gradually improving economy."....
