Norsk Hydro to shut Norway extrusion plant

Norsk Hydro ASA will close its extrusion plant at Karmøy, Norway, in 2012 as it restructures its Norwegian aluminum profiles business, the company said Wednesday.

Oslo-based Norsk Hydro will boost output of its Magnor and Raufoss operations after the closure and will focus on sales in the Scandinavian markets, it said.....
