Key defendants in the U.S. government's criminal fraud case against Western Titanium Inc. are seeking a mistrial, charging the government dragged its feet in providing critical documents to the San Diego distributor and its executives.
Attorneys for Western Titanium and chief executive officer Daniel Schroeder argued in a motion in U.S. District Court in San Diego that "untimely" and "incomplete" disclosure of material being sought by the defendants has deprived them of "exculpatory" information.....
