Norilsk seeks $721.5 million for 51.3% stake in Stillwater

MMC Norilsk Nickel will look to garner $721.5 million from the sale of a 51.3-percent stake in Canadian platinum and palladium producer Stillwater Mining Co.
The company priced the 37 million shares at $19.50 apiece in a public placement through wholly owned subsidiary Norimet Ltd. If fully subscribed, its stake will be cut to less than 10 percent and to zero if oversubscribed.....
