November aluminum orders dip but trend remains positive

North American aluminum demand fell in November for the second straight month, according to Davenport & Co. LLC data based on seasonally adjusted figures from the Aluminum Association.

Total aluminum orders were down 7.1 percent in November vs. October, while orders excluding can sheet were down 5.8 percent, the Richmond, Va.-based investment group said.....
