Canadian junior miner Duluth Metals Ltd. has appointed Marvin E. Dee to the position of chief financial officer.
Dee, previously chief financial officer and chief operating officer with Spectrum Plastics Group, replaces John A. Francis, who is retiring from the Toronto-based company.....
