PSC taps Spector president, promotes 2 other executives

PSC Metals Inc. has named David Spector president of the company, one of three executive moves announced by the Cleveland-based scrap processor.

Spector succeeds Ronald J. Nock, who has retired as president, and Edward Lehner as chief financial officer. Lehner, who now takes on the post of chief administrative officer, will also have responsibility for PSC's corporate and administrative functions.....
