USW gets court injunction in tussle with Severstal NA

The United Steelworkers union has won a court injunction ordering Severstal North America not to remove equipment from a subsidiary company for at least 10 days.
The injunction, granted by West Virginia Circuit Court Judge James Mazzone, prevents Dearborn, Mich.-based Severstal NA from removing roll-forming equipment from Wheeling Corrugating Co. in Beech Bottom, W.Va., to a non-union shop in....
