Rail car fees spark suit vs. Texas recycler

An interstate rail hub is suing a Texas recycler over fees for a fleet of rusting rail cars—originally slated to be salvaged and scrapped for their metal—left uncollected for almost two years.
The Terminal Railroad Association (TRRA) of St. Louis received the rail coach cars in February 2009 from Union Pacific Railroad Corp. and was instructed to store them until delivery to their owners Bro-Tex International Metals LLC, Brownsville, Texas; and Broadway....
