Worker dies in blast at Indiana yard

One man was killed and two others injured when a fuel tank exploded at Indiana's Green Tech Transfer & Recycling LLC.
The tank exploded Tuesday morning while it was being welded at the South Bend, Ind., recycler, local authorities said.....
