Brazilian Al output will fall in full year 2010

Brazil's primary aluminum production is expected to reach a total of 1.52 million tonnes in 2010, down about 0.7 percent from 1.53 million tonnes in 2009.

This would be the country's second consecutive annual fall since it produced 1.66 million tonnes in 2008—the exact local capacity. The estimate was given by Associação Brasileira do Alumínio (Abal), the country's aluminum association, as it released output figures of 1.4 million....
