The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington at Seattle has dismissed the lawsuit filed by the Basel Action Network (BAN) against the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) and the International Association of Electronic Recyclers alleging ISRI's "controversial use of its generic certification mark"....
