Commerce alters pipe dumping margins

The U.S. Commerce Department has issued a mixed bag of preliminary dumping margins following a review of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe imports, generally reducing margins for Mexican shipments and increasing them on product from South Korea.
One review covered Mueller Comercial de Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. and Ternium Mexico S.A. de C.V. from Nov. 1, 2008, through Oct. 31, 2009. Tuberia Nacional S.A. de C.V., now called Lamina y Placa Comercial S.A. de C.V., also was subject to the review.....
