Copper prices slip again as bullish sentiment eases

Copper logged a second day of losses in New York on Thursday as macro concerns and currency moves weakened bullish sentiment.
In New York trade, copper for March delivery shed 0.4 percent to close at $4.1160 per pound Thursday, down from $4.1325 per pound on Wednesday and off 2.2 percent since Monday's settlement of $4.2070 a pound.
In London, three-month copper lost 0.4 percent to end second ring trade Thursday at $9,020 per tonne ($4.0914 per pound), down from the $9,060 per tonne ($4.1095 per pound) official price the day before.....
