Judge clears Pick-A-Part’s outdoor crushing

Virginia auto salvager Pick-A-Part will be allowed to continue crushing cars outdoors after a judge ruled that the crushing activities are not considered industrial processing.
The Stafford County circuit court judge's ruling follows complaints from neighboring residents that the Norman Road activities would create noise and increase dust levels in the area.....
