Horsehead to resume full output of zinc oxide in January

Horsehead Holding Corp. expects to return zinc oxide production at its Monaca, Pa., facility to pre-incident levels in early January after restarting its sixth furnace.
The closure of the sixth furnace stopped zinc oxide production after a July 22 explosion that left two workers dead. With the restart, the company can produce its full range of zinc oxide products.....
