Stainless coils spark suit vs. Texas recycler

A Texas recycler and trucking company are the targets of a lawsuit involving three stainless coils that went missing and ended up in the recycler's yard.
Ta Chen International Inc. and insurance carrier Union Insurance Co. Ltd. are suing Spectrum Metal Recycling Inc. and Shaking Gator Trucking Inc., both of Houston, alleging the recycler should have known the cold-rolled coils were stolen.....
