Three men admit theft from Steel of W. Va.

Three men are facing prison sentences after admitting taking $110,000 in products from a Steel Dynamics Inc. (SDI) facility and selling them to scrapyards.

Roger Layman Jr . and William E. Lynd of Chesapeake, Ohio, and Chris E. Mueller of Huntington, W.Va., are scheduled to be sentenced in March in U.S. District Court in West Virginia. They face up to five years in prison and fines of up to $250,000 for stealing material from Steel of....
