US rules on TK stainless dumping

The U.S. Commerce Department has issued a preliminary ruling increasing German steelmaker ThyssenKrupp AG's dumping margin nearly sevenfold on imports of stainless sheet and strip in coil from Mexico.
If implemented, the ruling would see the anti-dumping duty for material from ThyssenKrupp Mexinox S.A. de C.V. and Mexinox USA Inc. operations in San Luis Potosi jump to 30.69 percent from the current 4.48-percent rate.....
