Equinox extends takeover offer for Citadel Resources

Equinox Minerals Ltd. has pushed back the closing date of its takeover offer for base metals and gold junior Citadel Resources Group Ltd. as it seeks to complete the transaction originally set to expire at the end of December.
The original offer acceptance period has now been extended to Jan. 17.....
