Inteva grows global reach via buy of ArvinMeritor body systems unit

Inteva Products LLC has acquired ArvinMeritor Inc.'s Body Systems business for roughly $27.3 million, a move that significantly expands its global footprint.
The purchase strengthens Inteva's competitive position as a supplier of door systems and access control systems, while furthering its product expertise to include roof systems, motors and electronics, Lon Offenbacher, the company's president and chief executive officer, said Tuesday.....
