SPX taps former Nucor exec for its board

Terry S. Lisenby has been elected SPX Corp.'s board of directors and will stand for re-election at the company's 2011 annual meeting for a term expiring in 2013.
Lisenby retired last year after a long career as chief financial officer, treasurer and executive vice president of Charlotte, N.C.-based electric furnace steel producer Nucor Corp.....
