Cummins selling exhaust operations to Global Tube

Cummins Inc., best known for manufacturing diesel engines, has agreed to sell its exhaust business to Global Tube, a company owned by a Chicago private equity firm Wind Point Partners.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to be complete by the end of March.
The sale to Global Tube includes facilities in Stoughton, Arcadia, Black River Falls and Viroqua, Wis.; as well as facilities in Scoresby, Australia; and Daman, India.....
