LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — Can U.S. manufacturing be resuscitated?

Dan DiMicco and the Manufacturing Council on which he serves say "yes." But to solve a problem, you have to first identify the problem, the Nucor Corp. executive emphasized, otherwise "you don’t have an ice cube’s chance in hell."
