To the Editor:
On behalf of the Coalition for Enforcement of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders and the thousands of American workers we represent, we would like to rebut the inaccurate statement made by a Commerce Department official in a March 3 story.
The Commerce official was quoted as saying that "trans-shipment under the fact pattern that you describe could (emphasis added) be a violation of U.S. law." ....
