ITC rules Chinese aluminum extrusions hurt US industry

NEW YORK — The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a final determination Thursday that dumped and subsidized imports of aluminum extrusions from China are a cause of material injury to the domestic industry.

The ITC’s unanimous ruling clears the way for the issuance of anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders by May 19. Once in place, the orders will remain in effect until re-examined as part of a sunset review in five years.....
